Level 1 Training System – Foot Strengthening European Bundle (Without Balance Poles)
All runners, regardless of ability, need to start at Level 1. A proprietary B2R-designed Slant Wobble Board and downloadable video are the first step in developing foundational foot and core-balance strength. The first part of our three level downloadable video program takes the training to another step with in-depth instruction, an extensive library of exercises, as well as a Run Form section to make proper technique simple to understand. Perfect for beginners and advanced athletes, the instruction guides the user through common form problems to make the most of their workouts. As you progress the slant wobble board and poles will continue to play a key role in the more challenging sequences of Levels 2 and 3.
