Which level should I start with?

All runners, regardless of ability, start at Level 1. It builds the foundational foot and core-balance strength that Levels 2 and 3 build on. Once you have completed Level 1, add the Level 2 and 3 bundle.

What is in each bundle?

Level 1: B2R Slant Wobble Board, balance poles, equipment bag and the Level 1 video. Levels 2 and 3: two B2R stability disks and the Level 2 and Level 3 videos. The complete bundle includes everything. The European Level 1 bundle is the board, bag and Level 1 video without the poles. The equipment comes in the box; the videos are online, to watch or download.

How do I receive the training videos?

Your training videos are digital, not a DVD. After checkout we email you a link to watch them online or download them, so you can start the day your equipment lands.

What does shipping cost, and do you ship outside the US?

Standard shipping is free on every bundle within the US, with an Express option at checkout. Shipping and returns has the details. Ordering from outside the US? Email customerservice@born2run.com and we'll help.

How do I return or exchange a bundle?

Send the bundle back within 30 days of delivery, complete and in like-new condition, for a full refund. You don't need the original packaging. Email customerservice@born2run.com to start a return. We send a prepaid return label for US orders. Outside the US, you cover return shipping.

When will my order arrive?

You'll get an order confirmation right after purchase and a shipping notification when your equipment leaves the fulfillment center. Orders ship on weekdays by UPS to a street address.

I bought from the old born2run.com store. Can I still access my videos?

Yes. Email customerservice@born2run.com with your order details and we'll get you set up.

How much space and time do I need?

A firm floor with room to stand and hold the poles is enough. Sessions are short and specific; the video walks you through each exercise and how to progress.
