Refund policy

Train with it for 30 days. If a B2R bundle isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This 30-day guarantee applies to every order, wherever it ships. To start a return, email customerservice@born2run.com.

What we need back

The bundle needs to come back complete, with all of its parts, and in like-new condition: clean, undamaged and working. You are welcome to try it; you don't need to keep it unused. You also don't need the original packaging, and there is no restocking fee.

Return shipping

For orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, return shipping is on us: email customerservice@born2run.com and we will send you a prepaid return label. For orders shipped outside the United States, you cover the cost of return shipping. Your refund is issued to your original payment method once the bundle arrives back with us.

Faulty components

If a component of your bundle does not work properly, return the entire bundle and we will exchange it for a complete new one.
