Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order within the 48 contiguous United States. An Express option is available at checkout for an additional charge.

B2R processes and ships orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 7:00 PM Eastern begin processing the same business day; later orders begin the next business day. Equipment ships by UPS, so a physical street address is required.

Training videos

Your training videos are digital, not a DVD. After checkout we email you a link to watch them online or download them, so you can start the day your equipment arrives. Bought from the previous born2run.com store? Email us with your order details and we will get you set up.

Returns and exchanges

Train with it for 30 days from delivery. The 30-day guarantee covers every order, wherever it ships. If it isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The bundle needs to come back complete, with all its parts, and in like-new condition. You don't need the original packaging, and there is no restocking fee.

Return shipping is free on US orders. Email customerservice@born2run.com to start a return. For orders delivered within the United States, we will send you a prepaid return label. For orders shipped outside the United States, you cover the cost of return shipping.

If a component does not work properly, return the entire bundle and we will exchange it for a complete new one.
