Who it's for

You will know Level 1 is for you if your form falls apart in the last miles, your ankles feel wobbly on uneven ground, or mileage alone has stopped making you stronger. Every runner starts here, whatever your experience.

How it arrives

  1. We get moving right away. Most orders start processing the day they are placed.
  2. Equipment ships free by UPS within the 48 contiguous states, to a street address.
  3. Your video link arrives by email after checkout. Watch online or download, and start before the box lands.

All runners, regardless of ability, start at Level 1. The balance poles, the proprietary B2R-designed Slant Wobble Board and the downloadable video are the first step in developing foundational foot and core-balance strength.

The first part of the three-level video program gives in-depth instruction, an extensive library of exercises and a Run Form section that makes proper technique simple to understand. Built for beginners and advanced athletes alike, the instruction guides you through the common form problems so every workout counts. As you progress, the poles and Slant Wobble Board keep their place in the more challenging sequences of Levels 2 and 3.

Before you order

Which level should I start with?

Level 1, whatever your experience. It builds the foundational foot and core-balance strength that Levels 2 and 3 build on. Take the complete bundle if you already know you will progress.

I have never done balance work. Is it too hard?

No. Level 1 starts with standing and balancing, the poles support you while you learn, and the video takes you through each movement in order. Short sessions are the right way to start.

What if it is not for me?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery, in like-new condition with all its parts, for a full refund. You don't need the original packaging. Email customerservice@born2run.com to start a return. We send a prepaid return label for US orders. Outside the US, you cover return shipping.

Reviews

What reviewers say

  • [B2R] aims to strengthen the entire foot, which as yogis and martial artists know, strengthens the entire body. After runs on the Mesa Trail and working with [B2R's] DVD and strengthening platform, I'm sold.

  • The results, particularly in the area of stability, were incredible. It's a great supplementary program that I'll be using for a long time.

  • The Slant Board is very solid and built in such a way that it is much more challenging to balance on than it looks.
